How to Write blog titles - An example

Today I was searching for articles on missing/unclaimed money through my daily Rss feed, and I have found an example for 2 different titles to the same post.

The titles were:

• "State: Unclaimed cash could be yours" - Under the news section.
• "It's your money, and the state has it" - Under the Communities section.

As a blogger, I'm not a stranger to the battle for the best title, a title which could bring your new post to the top of Delicious favorites.

• BTW, between these two titles I think the first one is much more attractive for readers.

Beware of spammers - Google is everywhere

I wrote about it in my : "Banned from Google" popular post, yet after I was having 3 blogs with Pagerank 4, my email has started to be extremlly fulled with spam massages, few of them were like "Click on mine and I will click yours....".

Well, I guess the exchanging links season has just started, but not for me.

How am I reacting when a massage like "lets exchange.." enters my gmail?
First, I am checking the other website/blog for content and pagerank.
Then I am looking for the type of backlinks this blog gets.

In general:
If a website has no pagerank, it could be due to 3 reasons (2 of them I personally know) :

• It is a new website/blog (less than 3 months on the road), so it hasn't been ranked yet.
• It is a domain redirection, and the website has lost all its rankings and backlinks.
• It is a spam.

So, if you will find a "nice" offer to trade the hell of your link, be cautious before fast-reaching conclusions.
