How to Write blog titles - An example

Today I was searching for articles on missing/unclaimed money through my daily Rss feed, and I have found an example for 2 different titles to the same post.

The titles were:

• "State: Unclaimed cash could be yours" - Under the news section.
• "It's your money, and the state has it" - Under the Communities section.

As a blogger, I'm not a stranger to the battle for the best title, a title which could bring your new post to the top of Delicious favorites.

• BTW, between these two titles I think the first one is much more attractive for readers.
