Who is The best search engine for the blogger

Google was and still is the best search engine regarding my searching and blogging needs. It offers me the best tracking/reporting and marketing tools to make writing my blogs easier and to provide me with more effective visitors traffic analyzing (Google analytic).

When performing a Google-search for the best search engine, Dogpile.com comes up as the number one search result for the keywords - “the best search engine”.

The question:
Is it possible that searching Google for the best search engine, doesn't provide Google as the first result?
Dogpile offers "All the best search engines piled into one", but in my opinion, Google should be coming first.
